About Us

Who Are We?

Imām Jazarī Institute is a specialist Qur’an institute which prides itself in combining authentic Islamic traditions as well as innovative modern methods in teaching of the Book of Allah, catering for all levels from beginners to advanced reciters, with the ability to merit a chain (Sanad) in the ten modes of recitation, going back to the one upon whom it was revealed.

Its motto is ‘Observing the Right of its (the Qur’ān) Recitation’, as its aim is to play an integral part in creating a generation of Muslims who recite, memorise, understand, and act upon the words of Allāh.

Academic Provision

Imām Jazarī Institute teaches the Arabic language and the traditional Islamic sciences in accordance with the renowned Azhar curriculum. Our goal is to provide learners the necessary tools to become independent, confident students of the sacred sciences.

Key Staff

  • Sh. Shoieb Aly is the dean of Imām Jazarī Institute and also the headteacher of the Childrens' Academy.
  • Eng. Mansoor Afghan is the manager of Imām Jazarī Institute, overseeing its administrative tasks and ensuring its smooth running.
