Registration and class allocation

All new registrations are required to be made online at jazari.co.uk/register

In the case that a suitable slot may not be found or registrations are particularly high in number, the number of days to process an application may be higher. In such instances, we ask enquiries are made via Whatsapp if we have not made contact within the provided timeframe.

Course fee and payment

Weekly Term Classes: Fees are set depending on the start date for lessons scheduled. Payment is due immediately in full at the time lessons have been confirmed, unless an agreement has been made otherwise. All fees are required to be paid in full, regardless of a student’s attendance.

The institute reserves the right to deny any certification, class continuation, or participation in any programme if fees are outstanding.

Out-of-term Programmes: Payment is due immediately in full at the time of confirmation, unless an agreement has been made otherwise. All fees are required to be paid in full, regardless of a student’s attendance.

Absences

Where possible, students should provide notice of any absence 48 hours before their scheduled lesson.

During the term if there are possibilities of replacing these lessons, this will be arranged, however this is not guaranteed. Students are encouraged to get in touch on the day they are available to see if there are cancelled slots that are suitable. This can be done via our form open 8am – 10am daily at www.jazari.co.uk/dropin. If a replacement is arranged and a student does not attend, that would be viewed as a completed slot.

The institute reserves the right to remove any student who has irregular attendance, and charge the student full fee.

Cancellations

A term is 12 weeks and a student is able to cancel lessons at any point.

If a student leaves a term during week 1-6 they will be required to pay 50% of their term fee. A student who leaves between week 7-12 will require to pay 100% of their total fee. All leaves must be notified a week in advance, otherwise the student will be subject to an additional week causing them to possibly fall into a higher tier of fees. Students paying for the year who cancel will lose their full fee.

Cancellations made to any out-of-term programmes, are subject to their own terms and conditions. As a general policy, out-of-term programmes are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 21 days.

Transfers

If a term lesson or out-of-term programme cannot be attended, students cannot nominate another student to attend the lesson, unless discussed and approved via the administration team.

Cancelled courses

The institute reserves the right to cancel any class in the term or programme outside of the term lessons. Term lessons that are cancelled by the institute and are not able to be replaced, will be reimbursed for through any subsequent term.

All out-of-term programmes will be refunded in full within 21 days.

Students who are due reimbursements and not continuing their studies are able to collect a refund for cancellations made within 21 days after the term has ended.

Replacements and rearrangements

Due to unforeseen circumstances, some lessons will need to be rearranged by the institute. In such instances, arrangements will be made to find an alternative that is suitable. In the case an an arranged replacement is missed, no replacement can be organised for that session.

Class duration

All students are allocated set durations for their lessons. If a student is not prepared for the full duration of a lesson, our instructors reserve the right to cancel or shorten any lesson without replacements or refund.

Our slots are provided at fixed intervals of 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes and so on and a full duration may not be required for each student.

Students who are provided less than their allocated class time, of 10 minutes or more, on a regular basis are advised to communicate with the administration team, as timings required for each student are at the discretion of our teachers.

Students are expected to be punctual for their lessons. If a student arrives late to a lesson, it is at the discretion of the teacher to lengthen a session. The institute reserves the right to cancel any lesson for students late more than 15 minutes without prior notice.

Students studying online are expected to inform their teacher at least 5 minutes prior to their scheduled lesson of their readiness.
